This bus drove by when I was crossing the street back from the Portland Saturday Market. What you don't see is a half naked man running cheerfully on the other side of the bus racing it down the block. Everyone on the bus was cheering for the naked man all the way down the boulevard. The naked man was also cheering gleefully at everyone on the bus. I was the only other person on the street to witness this. #keepportlandweird
